Kickball - Thursdays - Recreational League (Archived)
This league is for players of all ability levels. All kicks must pass the invisible 1st-to-3rd Line to be fair (Unless the ball is touched/fielded by opposing player). No Overhand Pitching (ball must be released below waist).
Kickball, just like you remember from middle school, except with a beer after the games! Kickball is a sport for people of any athletic ability and a great way to make new friends. We'll be playing Thursday Nights at Rocky Hill Ballfields and Safety City in Knoxville. Game times are 6:45, 7:45 or 8:45. This league features:
- Co-ed, over-21 play
- Official KnoxSSC t-shirt (your uniform for the season!)
- Outdoors
- 7 GUARANTEED Games (Regular Season and Playoffs Combined), The TOP 18 will make the Championship Playoff Tournament; Kickbowl Games (teams will play a team that is 1 number off in the standings above or below them), and the Bottom 2 will make the ever popular Toilet Bowl!
- An independent professional referee for each game (no player reffing!)
- Socializing at the bar after the game.
- Sign up by yourself, with a group of friends, or a whole team
